You may choose transportations by land, by air, or by sea according to the size and the weight of the goods.

We suggest our customers to choose transportation by express when their goods are light weighted. For good more than 100 kgs, if they are not in a hurry, they may consider transportation by sea. For more details, you may always inquire to your transportation agency or S-Conn staffs for more information.

S-Conn warrants our parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions within a year of shipment. We will repair or replace any defective parts under warranty period at our discretion.

This warranty does not apply to parts that have been abused, modified, dissected, or subjected to conditions exceeding our specifications.

No returns will be accepted without written authorization from S-Conn’s Return Material Authority (RMA). Customers are asked to provide the reason for the intended return, invoice number, P/O and part number, date code/shipment date and instruction fro the replacement shipment once the return has been proceeded by us. Ownership of the product remains the purchaser’s until received by S-Conn. Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
